Kevin C. Tofel for the review of a new Bluetooth 4 heart rate monitor. I have been looking for a new heart rate monitor that would talk directly to my Android phone. This device will work with the Motorola Razr MAXX which I am planing to purchase, but I still need to find software that will run on the Droid.
